The User undertakes not to take actions that may be considered as violating the law, including in the field of intellectual property, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site services and the Site as a whole.
3.2. Access to the Site is provided “as is”. The User is not provided with any guarantees in connection with such access and information interaction with the User through the Site. The owners of the site are not responsible for loss of profit, losses or other damage to the User that occurs as a result of providing access to the Site and carrying out information interaction with the User through the Site.
And also are not responsible for loss of profit, losses or other damage to the User associated with goods and services available on or received through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User using information posted on the Site or links to external resources.

5. Final provisions
5.1. The Site has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement at any time. Such changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the website. In this case, continued use of the Site after changes and/or additions to the Agreement means the User’s full and unconditional consent to such changes and/or additions. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he is obliged to stop using the materials on the Site.
