📈 Putin Signs Law Increasing Tax on Interactive Bets
The tax for bookmakers in Russia on processing centers will rise from ₽2.5−3 million to ₽9.5−10 million.

📋 Ireland to Create Self-Exclusion Register
This register will allow users to ban themselves from gambling. If an operator allows such a player access to their platform, they will face a hefty fine — up to €20 million or 10% of their turnover.

🧺 Curaçao Revises Anti-Money Laundering Rules
The update will come into effect on September 1, 2024. Operators will be required to have a dedicated AML officer and conduct thorough checks no later than when a player makes a transaction of €2,200. Curaçao licensees will also need to maintain more internal documents, policies, and practical guidelines.
