🇸🇿 In Eswatini, the parliament has approved the legalization of online gambling. The Minister of Tourism has been tasked with presenting a legalization plan within two months, including consultations with operators and support groups for problem gamblers.

🇬🇦 In Gabon, all gambling operators are required to connect to the state platform E-TECH by October 1.

🇯🇵 In Japan, starting September 25, the promotion of online casinos will be prohibited under threat of criminal liability.

🇳🇱 In the Netherlands, operators are required to cease displaying sports sponsorships by October 6.

🇧🇷 In Brazil, a law has been signed banning loot boxes for minors.

🇨🇼 In Curaçao, the sub-licensing system will be abolished starting October 15.
