🇫🇷 France may introduce a ban on gambling advertising during sports broadcasts. The initiative was put forward by the regulator ANJ.

🇵🇭 Philippines authorities are tightening gambling advertising rules. Starting August 15, all promotional materials must be reviewed by the ASC regulator. Advertising in public transport has also been banned. The government’s plans to strengthen industry regulations caused a drop in major gambling company stocks.

🇲🇦 Morocco is introducing a 30% tax on winnings from offshore online casinos.

🇮🇹 Italy may allow gambling operators to sponsor sports events. The proposal was made by the Minister of Sports.
