🇳🇿 New Zealand will launch a legal online casino market by 2026. The government plans to issue 15 licenses.

🇩🇴 Dominican Republic has introduced a bill to establish a new regulator, DGJA, responsible for overseeing land-based and online gambling. There are no current plans to dissolve the existing DCJA.

🇰🇪 Kenya will reduce the excise duty on betting from 15% to 5%.

🇯🇵 Japan has submitted a bill to ban online casinos and their advertising. The proposal also includes mandatory ISP-level blocking of illegal content and criminal liability for violations.
