✅🇧🇷 Gambling Licenses in Brazil. Currently, only 14 operators have been granted permanent gambling licenses in Brazil. Out of 66 companies that applied, just 14—including BetBoom, BetMGM, and Superbet—successfully passed the evaluation process. Additionally, 52 companies are operating with temporary licenses valid for 30 days, while 36 have yet to be approved. License fees have already contributed over $320 million to the national budget, with operators also subject to a 12% tax on gross gaming revenue (GGR) and a 15% tax on winnings exceeding $455.

🎰⚡️ New Developments in Maryland. Lawmakers in Maryland are set to discuss the potential legalization of online gambling in the near future. This could create new opportunities for both players and operators in the area!

⚡️ Thailand Moving Towards Legalization. The Thai government is exploring the possibility of legalizing online gambling. This initiative is anticipated to be reviewed in the upcoming months.

🖥🇳🇱 New Penalty Framework in the Netherlands. The KSA regulatory body has implemented a new penalty framework for iGaming operators. Fines can range from €500 to €4 million, depending on the severity of the violation. Serious offenses, such as money laundering, will incur maximum fines along with additional penalties.
