🇮🇹 The Italian regulator (ADM) has announced new measures to tighten gambling regulation. The authority’s 2025−2027 plan includes:

  • 👉🏼 doubling the number of operator inspections,
  • 👉🏼 real-time monitoring of gambling transactions,
  • 👉🏼 stricter requirements for financial reporting and customer data security reports,
  • 👉🏼 enhanced supervision of money laundering risks,
  • 👉🏼 publication of licensing decisions, compliance reports, and enforcement actions on a public portal.

🇫🇮 The Finnish government has introduced a bill to abolish the gambling monopoly and launch a licensing model by 2027.

🇯🇵 The Japanese authorities have approved a gambling control plan, under which the government will immediately begin taking active measures against offshore operators and those facilitating their activities in the country.
